The Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. First Branch scenic area—the Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park—was rated as a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction on December 28, 2021. Covering a total area of approximately 39.3 hectares, the park is built upon the First Branch's production base and integrates steel pipe industrial tourism with ecological culture. It features over 20 visitor attractions, including a real-scene tour of modern steel pipe production processes, the Steel Pipe Art Gallery, the Picturesque Landscape Gallery, and the Steel Pipe Encyclopedia Gallery, forming a modern industrial tourism destination that combines green production, science education, cultural experience, and delightful sightseeing.
The park follows the overall construction guideline of "One Core, One Axis, Three Galleries, Four Districts." The "One Core" is the Visitor Center, a two-story standalone building. The first floor provides reception services, equipped with a nursing room, medical room, and complaint room, while the second floor houses the Youfa Culture Hall, which centers on the corporate spirit and showcases Youfa Group's past, present, and future in a multi-dimensional and multi-layered manner.
The "One Axis" is the park's central axis, "Youfa Avenue," with ginkgo and crabapple as the main landscape tree species. On the south side, five sculptures—"Cooperation and Innovation," "Advancing in Unity," "Win-Win and Mutual Benefit," "Connecting the World," and "Supporting the World"—concentrate the self-reliant and enterprising spirit of Youfa people. At the end of the avenue stands the majestic Youfa Lion, head held high, commanding from afar and surging up close, expressing Youfa Group's grand ambition of "advancing from tens of millions of tons to hundreds of billions of yuan, and becoming the world's number one lion in the pipe industry!"
The "Steel Pipe Art Gallery," one of the "Three Galleries," consists of 11 steel pipe art sculptures, each with unique forms, novel designs, and bright colors, offering great fun as visitors wander through. The "Picturesque Landscape Gallery" centers on the relief scroll "Such a Beautiful Land," creating a 200-meter-long and 2.5-meter-high Baipo yellow granite relief wall that presents China's renowned geographical features and architectural culture, with Youfa Group's classic engineering projects inlaid in purple copper. The "Steel Pipe Encyclopedia Gallery," rich with illustrations and text, comprehensively introduces the development history, manufacturing processes, and product applications of steel pipes, showcasing the rapid rise and glorious achievements of China's steel pipe industry.
Within the "Four Districts," "Whales in the Azure Sea" draws on the romantic colors of Dunhuang murals and presents the aesthetic scene of "a whale falls, and all things are born" through a large whale-fall themed wall painting. "Welded Pipe Factory," "Steel Pipe Zinc Coat," "Dual Pipes Working Together," and "Echoes of Acid" showcase steel pipe production processes and acidic wastewater recycling treatment technology.
The Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park combines environmental protection with industry, and the factory and the scenic area enhance each other, representing an important initiative of Youfa Group to transform the factory into a "garden."
